Whippet litter announcement
Following matings on 1 and 2 September 2026, puppies are expected in early November. Enquiries from prospective owners are welcome.

Estimated, if birth is on 3–4 November. Actual collection depends on the birth date, puppy development and veterinary assessment; other destinations have their own requirements.
Counting 63 days from the mating dates gives 3 and 4 November 2026. This is an estimate: mating dates do not establish the exact ovulation date. The veterinarian will assess the expected whelping date using reproductive findings and pregnancy progress.
The puppies have not been born. Litter size, sexes, availability and prices will be announced after birth and assessment. An enquiry is not a puppy reservation.

Planned handover
If the puppies are born on 3 or 4 November, they will be eight weeks old on 29 or 30 December 2026. Handover in Croatia is planned from that age, subject to development and veterinary assessment. Handover in Slovenia at eight weeks depends on the young-animal derogation in force and the required documents.
For destinations requiring a valid primary rabies vaccination, the earliest planning point is 15 weeks: vaccination from 12 weeks followed by at least 21 days. With the estimated birth dates, this would be 16 or 17 February 2027. The microchip must precede the vaccination. Actual travel depends on vaccination and destination rules; a passport, health certificate and/or TRACES documentation may be needed for the transport arrangement. Non-EU import conditions are checked separately.
Veterinary procedures for the expected litter will be recorded after they have taken place. Vaccination, microchipping and parasite control will follow the veterinarian’s plan. Vaccination against other infectious diseases does not replace rabies vaccination.
Puppy prices and any additional boarding, veterinary, document and transport costs are agreed individually. Handover dates will be updated after birth.
